This raw porridge is the perfect make-ahead breakfast. Think about how happy you’ll be when you wake up to find a bowl of this ready and waiting in the fridge in the morning!
Raw Porridge
- 1/2 cup spelt porridge flakes
- 1 cup yogurt, cow’s milk, oat milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, red currants or lingonberries
- 1 tablespoon cranberry or lingonberry powder
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped almonds
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and spoon the porridge into glasses or dessert bowls. Place the bowls into the fridge to set for at least an hour, but preferably overnight.
Serves 2.
